Processing time
A heads up that is is just me running this business and I am not Amazon! I do my very best to process all orders within 3 working days (Monday – Friday). Your shipping selection, either UK 2nd Class, UK Tracked 48 or International tracked, is then on top of this time.
If you require an item urgently, please email me at hello@littlelightstitchery.co.uk before placing your order to see whether I can help you out.
UK Delivery
I use the Royal Mail second class service to ship all orders. You have the option to upgrade to ‘Tracked 48’ at the checkout. Very rarely items can go missing and if you are concerned that your purchase hasn’t arrived, please email me at hello@littlelightstitchery.co.uk and I will investigate.
International Delivery
Please note that whilst I’m more than happy to ship internationally, parcels may be subject to customs duties and you are responsible for the payment of these, they are not the responsibility of Little Light Stitchery.
I am shipping to the USA and the import duties will be added on to your order at checkout.
I’m afraid that due to the introduction of GPSR regulations in the EU, I am currently unable to ship to the EU or Northern Ireland.
I send all international parcels using the Royal Mail International Tracked service. This price of this varies slightly between different regions and I will offer you a refund if the postage and packing costs ends up costing less that my website calculates. It’s very complex!

Returns and Refunds
I offer a 30 day return policy for all purchases made on my website.
If you are not happy with your purchase or if it is damaged in any way please contact me on hello@littlelightstitchery.co.uk to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused. You will also need to include proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty. Please contact me as soon as you receive your order if this is the case. Please ensure you get proof of postage from your carrier. Returned items lost in transit where no proof of purchase can be provided will not be refunded.
Refunds
After your item has been received and inspected I will confirm your refund status. Refunds will be processed within 10 days of receipt of the item. You will be refunded on your original payment method, please remember that it could take some time for your bank or card company to process the refund too.
If the product has been damaged by the receipient, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
