Downloadable Items

Once you have completed your purchase you will be sent an email containing a link to download the pattern. This is a pdf document and you will require a pdf reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader (free) in order to view it. You will also require access to a printer if you would like to print the document for use.

Downloadable items are none refundable so please ensure you have selected the pattern you want before processing payment.


Processing time

The majority of products available are made to order so please take note of the processing/shipping time when placing an order.

As a general rule processing time before shipping are as follows:

3-5 days:

  • 3” & 4” hoops
  • Kits

7-10 days:

  • 6” or larger Hoops

But please check the shipping information on the product pages and allow adequate time for the shipping method below.

We use the Royal Mail second class service to ship all our products. You have the option to upgrade to  ‘Tracked 24’ at the checkout. Very rarely items can go missing and if you are concerned that your purchase hasn’t arrived, please email us at hello@littlelightstitchery.co.uk and we will investigate.

International orders – Please be aware that purchases made from the UK after 1st Jan 2021 may now be liable for additional customs fees upon entry to your home country. These fees are the responsibility of you, the buyer, and not Little Light Stitchery.



We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website, with the exception of downloadable and personalised products.

If you are not satisfied with the item(s) that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back no questions asked. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your purchase. You have 14 calendar days to return the item(s) to us and the refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the item(s).

Return shipping costs are the customers responsibility and will not be included in the refund unless the item is faulty. Please contact us about faulty items at hello@littlelightstitchery.co.uk.

Please ensure you get proof of postage from your carrier. Returned items lost in transit where no proof of purchase can be provided will not be refunded.

Digital Downloads and Personalised products

These products are exempt from refunds.

Physical products

In order to be eligible for a refund for a physical product, please return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method that you used to purchase the product. Credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
