Picture Frame Fabric

Description

The latest in my growing embroidery fabric collection! 12 picture frame outlines for you to fill however you like. The design size is 18cm x 26cm, the perfect size to fit in an A4 frame or mount (check out the photo of it hanging in my gallery wall). Each individual picture frame is around 5cm in width/height so still plenty of room to stitch a little design. The overall fabric panel is approximately 46cm x 50cm to give you plenty of room to work in a hoop or on a frame.

UPDATE – I’ve also now added an A3 option if you’d like to stitch something larger! This will fit in an A3 frame or mount but the overall fabric size is actually the same (so there will be less space around the design)

Each fabric pack will contain the embroidery fabric panel and an inspiration postcard.

I’ve had so many ideas of how you could use it, here are just a few –

• Stitch something memorable each month (easier than every day as in my Year in Embroidery fabric!)
• Capture holiday memories
• Create a stitch sampler with your 12 favourite embroidery stitches
• Stitch family or pet portraits
• Landscapes, flowers, bugs and butterflies
• Mini versions of famous pieces of art
• Stitch over the frames, gold thread would be fun!
• Paint the background to look like paint or wallpaper
• Signs of the Zodiac
• Get your kids to draw little sketches to stitch over
• You don’t even need to add embroidery! Why not use it to display pins, brooches, earrings…..!
• Needleminder display!!!

This is a lightweight bleached organic calico fabric. It is GOTS certified and OEKO-TEX 100 certified fabric, bleached using organic dyes and printed with OEKO-TEX Eco Passport certified and GOTS ECOCERT certified inks (phew, what a mouthful!).

With some of my other fabrics I have included a second piece of white cotton so that you can double up the fabric in your hoop. This won’t be the case with this fabric as I don’t think it is strictly necessary as your designs will be self contained and you won’t be jumping between design elements as you might with my lined paper fabric for example. If you have some white cotton at home (even an old pillow case) you could always add it if you prefer.

Processing times and shipping

The processing time for ALL orders is 3 working days. This is regardless of whether you upgrade to the Tracked 48 option or not. If you need your order more urgently, please email me before placing your order to see if I can help!

Please note that whilst I’m more than happy to ship internationally, parcels may be subject to customs duties and you are responsible for the payment of these, they are not the responsibility of Little Light Stitchery. I am shipping to the USA and the import duties will be added on to your order at checkout. I’m afraid that due to the introduction of GPSR regulations in the EU, I am currently unable to ship to the EU or Northern Ireland. I send all international parcels using the Royal Mail International Tracked service. This price of this varies slightly between different regions and I will offer you a refund if the postage and packing costs ends up costing less that my website calculates. It’s very complex!
